Miss Happy

She blogs about bits and pieces of her life journey and wishes that the journey ahead is a bed of roses. She wants someone whom she can trust and rely on, hopefully a life partner. The laughter and sorrow make up a puzzle. A happy life is what she's looking for. She does not wish to shed any more tears. Hold her hand and be her guardian angel, and she will be more than happy :)

Good day indeed!

Sentosa outing with my Hyatt colleagues was fun! Suppose to meet at 12:30pm but everyone else was late. 3 of us (Ivan, Ah Heng and me) reached at about 1pm whereas Richard, who is the “earliest” reached at 1:30pm. Haha. Cabbed down to Silosa Beach where we cycled there for about 2 hours from 2:20pm to 4pm. In between, we joined the rest of our colleagues like Rebecca, Regina, Debbie, Huai Ying, Chun Lin, Li Hua who were there very early. Oh.. And Tristan was there too! Haha. But I don’t know why, I just can’t click with the JC people. Especially somebody.

After we returned our bike at about 4pm, went back to Siloso Beach to join the rest where we played Captain’s Ball. Man, heaven is really not on our side. Played for only about half an hour and the rain poured like nobody’s business. We went all drenched from head to toe. And somemore I did not bring an extra set of clothes :( Oh.. And there is this brave small little kid (an Ang-moh), who skated and danced under the rain. We really take our hats off him. Haha. We took shelter at Tapizza (If I remembered the name correctly) and Tristan treated us to drink and food. It must have really cost a bomb for her. Haha. Food served was nice. The only thing is that the service there could have been better.

When the rain stopped, the rest played basketball over at the court. Haha. But, I’m like the audience. I only stand there and watch. While the guys were playing, Huai Ying and her group were talking about a familar figure which they saw. I overheard someone else’s name which shifted my attention to the group of people playing volleyball in front of us. It was about 6pm then. Suddenly, the familiar figure caught my eye. I knew straightaway that my intuition is correct while the rest kept on wondering away. Tadah.. Emotions brushed past me. But I hold back. Never did I expect it to be so coincident. The scene keeps on popping up in my mind, even until now. 那个场面不断地浮现在我脑海中. Hmmm, why? I also have no idea. But at least I know something. I wasn’t ignored :)

After that, I left with Richard, Ivan and Ah Heng back to Habourfront. We did not join the group for dinner but headed off ourselves. Are we considered anti-social by leaving like that? Haha. Went off to have our dinner at KFC.

Home sweet home. Got to rush my Cons Bkg for project meeting tomorrow. Overall, I really enjoyed myself today, with the wonderful peeps. When was the last time you were really happy?
